A New Rodent

Midnight joined our house of fun yesterday. A very young gerbil has brightened the weekend for one 6 year old. Actually he seems to be much more suited for us anyway. He is more apt to be awake and coherent in the day and likes to interact with humans. Hence we're able to pet him more without fear of bites. Another bonus is he's not a heavy user of the frickin' wheel in the middle of the night.
