Summer Fun

The project to keep our torch down roof viable for two more years has begun. Today I swept and sprayed all of the pine needles and soil off the roof. I then had to spray some moss killer on the side of the roof that's in shadow. Tomorrow I'll climb back up there and see how the moss killer worked. See if I can sweep the moss off if it has.

If all goes well, Wednesday I'll apply a substance that should seal our roof. We're not having any problems right now but the roof is old and starting to show its age. We don't want the expense of a new roof since the house is going to be sold in two years to the city.
