Movie Day

Today we went to see The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies. I haven't enjoyed these as much as I did Peter Jackson's Lord of the Rings trilogy. This installment was beautiful to watch but, like the first two, not a movie I need to watch again.

We did manage to see it in a spectacular theater...The Cinerama. The Cinerama was always a great place to see a movie but they recently upgraded and now it's spectacular. The sound, the seats, the screen...there truly wasn't a bad seat in the theater. The only downside to the new place is assigned seating. It's needlessly complicated and too fussy for seeing a movie.

That said...if you're ever in Seattle and want to catch a flick, visit The Cinerama.
