Date Afternoon

I had the day off today. E left work early and we tried to go and see Cake. Now if I had actually looked at the movie listing for Friday showings instead of Wednesday showings I would have noticed Cake wouldn't be showing today.

Our alternate venue was in Seattle and Friday traffic into and out of Seattle is really awful. We ended up skipping Cake and seeing Big Eyes at a discount theater in our neighborhood.

I think we would have enjoyed Cake more. Big Eyes was okay...not a world beater as my dad would say. I guess Cake will be in our future as a Redbox rental.
