Clearing Out

I let Okie and family go see the Seattle Underground today while I put away the holiday decorations. I love the holidays but am very strange as once they are over I like to have my house back to its usual chaos. Hence the tree and ornaments came down today. Plus all the various inside house decoration. I'll get up on the roof with my daughter tomorrow to finish taking down outside lights.

It always feels good getting all of it stored back into the nifty red and green totes and put away for another 11 months. The space seems bigger, sadly that effect will only last the night. Tomorrow we'll still be shoehorned into our house. I am, however, enjoying those moments now.
