The boys and I have a short school week. Friday is a half day for us and Monday is a no school day. Good mom that I am I made a dental appointment for them on that Monday. Of course, the kids see that as me being a mean mom.
Cal will be even more upset with me because this Monday after school I'll be taking him for some booster shots. Not looking forward to breaking the news to him. I'm leaning toward the 'spring it on him right after school' rather than warning him in advance so he can stew about it all day.
