I think the American-English equivalent is *crickets*.

Obviously the vast majority of our readers don't know any websites... or maybe there just aren't any any more. Because only one person responded. (Thanks mate).

And while the author she recommended posts on the dreaded and all but unusable FanFiction dot Net - at least she sent a link to the author's page on that site rather than a general link (smart lass). Which means I can at least check the author out for suitability and for updates and maybe list them.

You may have noticed I haven't mentioned the rugby and England... It's too pathetic to be worthy of a mention. But I will say that those of you watching in a country other than the UK can consider yourselves lucky that you don't have to listen to Paloma Faith crucifying "World in Union" at every programme, at every advert break. Because what she has done to that wonderful song is a crime. Bring back Kiri!!
