Lovely Day

Well, now that summer is nearly over the summer weather has decided to turn up. Beautiful day today, and the rest of the week's looking good too. Highs of 20c, sunny. Sounds brill!!

I'm shattered. My shoulder's been giving me problems again so my GP made a appointment at the hospital for me. The good news is I don't need another op. The bad news is I need more physio. So today I got more physio. Which means, of course that I'm in even more pain right now, and totally exhausted. And as soon as I've posted the update I'm going to take some really good painkillers and go to sleep.
